Good food, good service, nice (albeit slightly dated) decor. Everything is cooked fresh. While your dine in experience is almost guaranteed to be perfect, the take out service is a bit less consistent. That is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

I was disappointed. This place got so many good reviews I was really hoping for some amazing food. I was craving some lo mein and crab rangoon and searching in the Alexis/Secor area this one popped up and sounded fantastic. I got the crab rangoon, amazing! These are crab and cream cheese mix wrapped in wonton and deep fried. Tasted so good! 6 in the appetizer and about $5, good price. Then the wonton soup, a small feeds about 2 people, it says 2-3 but that would mean really small portions. The noodles tasted creamy, I don't eat the pork but there was ample pork in the noodles as well as sliced in the soup. I believe cabbage slices were floating in the soup and large mushrooms. I picked those out. The small was about $5 and still a good price since the broth was good and the noodles were good even though a bit creamy then I remember. My big complaint is the veggie lo mein. This is our favorite chinese restaurant. Even when we moved away to Ann Arbor, we would plan our trips back to visit family and make sure we went through the part of Toledo so we could stop at Jing Chuan. Every flight home from the Detroit area, we call them from our cell phones and order ahead for take out. We just wish they delivered, because now we're back in town but in South Toledo. They have the best potstickers in town. We have tried every place near us and nothing else compares, so we still drive up to Secor rd. to get Jing Chuan. We love this place!! Even the kids love it - it's our family's choice. Keep up the good work.

Having previously lived in the area my wife and I would eat there at least once a week. Now that we live in Michigan we plan our trips to eat there when we are passing through to visit relatives in the great state of Ohio. They have the best Crab Rangoon and Kou-Teh of any Chinese restaurant and I've been to alot of them throughout the USA. This is the only restaurant that has Dry Braised Beef which is excellent. I always get another one to go. Try the Dry Braised Beef!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took left overs home from a sponsored drug rep. program and my husban fell in love with Jin Chun. I love the snow white chicken and the top service even when you are extreamly busy. The wongtong soup is great for when you are sick. My husban will pick it up for me and bring it home. He calls it Chinese pinicillin. lol

I absolutely LOVE Jing Chauns and it,by far is the best around Toledo. The lunch menus are a perfect portion and price! They offer a huge variety and the wait staff are always pleasant. The only thing I can suggest as a change is larger bathrooms with a baby changing station.

We have been dining here for many years. The food is always prepared quickly and presented in a very professional and friendly manner. The sauces used in their dishes are SUPERB! THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD! They are always happy to prepare a custom dish..which is PERFECT for us! I hope to visit Jing Chuan for many years to come.

I have been a guest of Jing Chuan several times and have enjoyed their cuisine, beautiful presentation, great service,friendly atmosphere and family oriented. Prices are fair for the quality of the food served. Can't wait to go back.

I have eaten at chinese restaurants all over the US and beleive Jing Chuan to be one of the best. It has flavors that are better than what is found in other very good restaurants. It is my favorite restaurant in Toledo. I have introduced it to many people. It also is not outrageously priced.
